TIMETABLE MY THO – CAN THO – CHAU DOC 4D3N

06:15 AM                Leave Ho Chi Minh city, enjoy the scenic journey along the National Highway bordered by green rice fields.

08:00 AM                You have breakfast at the Trung Luong Rest stop with the specialty of My Tho noodle soup. Then you depart to the pier 30/4 you board the boat to visit.

09:30 AM                Then you depart to the pier 30/4 you board the boat to visit, then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of “Southern Vietnamese folk music”, performed by the locals.

Visit a family business that epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through the fruit plantations and villages.

Then you go to the pier to take a rowing boat on the most beautiful canal on Thoi Son island for a duration of 15 minutes under the beautiful cork trees to admire the authentic western river.

12:00 PM           Lunch at Miet Vuon Restaurant, relax….

02:00 PM           The boat takes you back to My Tho Pier, then get on the bus to continue the journey of Western Travel 3 days, the next destination is Chau Doc.

On the way to see My Thuan Bridge, the most famous bridge in the West. The journey takes you along the West through the landmarks of Dong Thap such as Sa Dec, Lai Vung, Cao Lanh, …

06:00 PM           Arrival in Chau Doc City, you check in hotel, have dinner, free time to visit Chau Doc City at night.

07:30 AM           Go to Nha Bang district, then go to Tra Su Melaleuca Forest:

• Picked up by “Tắc ráng” (a long, small motorboat that can run quite fast and carry 10-12 people), a very common means of transportation in the South of Vietnam. Taking a Tac rang go inside the forest
• On the way, you can observe plenty of birds and storks finding snails, fish… for their living. A swamp area is a perfect place for hundreds of species
• Occasionally, some storks, egrets or some birds shake the water under their feet and head to the sky, which may surprise the tourists with utmost curiosity or sometimes urge them to come back again for a clearer observation.

12:00 PM           Have lunch in Tra Su enjoy the special dishes here.

01:00 PM           The car takes you to depart for Can Tho to the busiest land of Tay Do in the West of the Mekong Delta.

Arriving in Can Tho, you check in the hotel.

06:30 PM           Have dinner on Can Tho Yacht Restaurant, listen to smooth folk tunes on the poetic Hau River… Free time to Tay Do at night.

05:30 AM           Take a leisurely boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River (Bassac River), then proceed to Cai Rang floating markets, which are the liveliest in the whole religion.

Once visiting Cai Rang floating market located in Can Tho province, you will be amazed by how crowded and lively this market is.

You return to the hotel to have breakfast, check out. Then you get on the bus to depart for Ca Mau Province

12:00 PM           You have lunch at Ca Mau province, rest…

01:00 PM           The car takes the delegation to Ca Mau Cape– the sacred land of the last homeland of the map of Vietnam. This is a unique spot of Vietnam Tourism not only because of its southernmost location but also because of the fact that it is the only place in Vietnam where one can see the sun rising in the East and setting in the West. You will be able to see firsthand the scenery and take souvenir photos at the National Coordinate Landmark – GPS 0001, the iconic boat.

04:30 PM           You go back to the city of ca mau, have dinner

Check in hotel, freedom.

06:00 AM           Have a breakfast, check out hotel in Ca Mau.

07:30 AM           The car takes to Bac Lieu visit to Tac Say Cathedral, visit the grave of Father Truong Buu Diep.

The delegation continued to visit Bac Lieu Prince’s house. This place holds important events and is also a place to welcome visitors from far away.

Next in your journey to the Wind Power Field – Bac Lieu wind power plant is considered the largest wind power project in the country; this is also the first wind power field in Southeast Asia or the memorial area for musician Cao Van Lau

12:00 PM           Then depart to Soc Trang to have lunch at the restaurant.

02:00 PM           Then continue your journey to visit Som Rong Pagoda in Soc Trang province.

Then stop to rest at Cai Be – Tien Giang stopover, then continue the journey back to Sai Gon, end of the 3-day journey to discover the West.

TOUR POLICY FOR CHILDREN

• Children under 5 years old are free of charge (parents take care of their own children, eat and visit attractions if any)
• Children from 5 years old to under 10 years old are charged 75% of the adult tour price. Separate meals and sleep with parents are covered with scenic tickets.
• Children 10 years old and older are charged the same price as adults.
